Ready, Set, High School!
Ready, Set, High School: Making the leap from primary to high school with confidence.
Starting high school can be overwhelming, with new routines, larger campuses, more challenging subjects, and new social circles. For many students, especially those from migrant and diverse backgrounds, the transition can feel like stepping into an unfamiliar world.
Ready, Set, High School is Elevare's signature transition program designed to bridge this gap. Through a blend of academic mentoring, mindset coaching, and peer connection, we prepare students not just to survive high school but to thrive.
What makes it different?
- Personalised mentoring: one-on-one guidance from relatable peer mentors who've been through the same journey.
- Confidence & organisation coaching: practical tools to manage time, homework, and expectations.
- Cultural & social support: helping students build friendships, navigate new environments, and feel they belong.
- Hybrid learning: group workshops + individual mentoring for both academic growth and emotional resilience.
