About Us

Elevare Education was founded in 2024 by award-winning senior students Sara Rajwani and Diya Sanjay at Perth Modern School. We are a youth-led initiative committed to mentoring young students, particularly migrant youth, as they navigate their educational journeys. With a passion for learning and strong academic foundations, we provide guidance that empowers each student to reach their full potential. Our peer-led approach is a key factor in the successes our students achieve.

We offer personalised mentorship that fosters growth, confidence, and resilience. Support ranges from structured study sessions to informal discussions, tailored to each student's needs and learning style.

Our team is made up of committed senior school and university-aged mentors who share a deep passion for our cause.

Our mission is to inspire students to build confidence, master key concepts, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning. We focus on helping migrant youth adapt to new educational environments, enhance their skills, and excel academically, aiming to uplift every student in the Australian community.
